It is understood that the intelligent customs clearance service without brushing certificates launched this time is an important measure to deepen the facilitation of Qin'ao customs clearance at Hengqin Port. This service is open to four types of eligible cross-border travelers: firstly, Macau residents who hold a valid "Hong Kong and Macau Residents Travel Permit to Mainland China" (including non Chinese nationals) and have completed self-service customs clearance registration between Mainland China and Macau; Second, Hong Kong permanent residents who hold a valid "Hong Kong and Macao Residents Travel Permit to Mainland China" (including non Chinese nationals) and have completed self-service customs clearance registration between Mainland China and Macau; Three are mainland residents who hold a valid "Exit Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau" and have multiple valid visas for staying, visiting relatives, business, talent or other types of travel to Macau, and have completed Macau's self clearance registration; Four are Taiwan residents who hold a 5-year valid "Taiwan Resident Travel Permit to Mainland China" and have completed self clearance registration in Mainland China and Macau. Eligible car owners only need to go to the "Personnel Information Collection Integrated Machine" at the Hengqin Port Joint One Stop Lane and register according to the machine prompts when using intelligent customs clearance for the first time. After completing the registration, the car owner does not need to submit any documents for inspection when driving on the lane. They can quickly complete the border inspection procedures in Qinhuangdao and Macau by comparing their fingerprints and faces. There is no need to manually swipe the documents throughout the process, making the customs clearance process simpler and the experience smoother. To ensure the smooth implementation of the joint one-stop intelligent lane clearance, we have gradually carried out relevant testing work in the early stage.
