On the 5th, China's first domestically produced large cruise ship, the "Aida Modu", safely docked at the Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Port and successfully completed its 200th commercial operation voyage. This milestone not only marks a major breakthrough in the closed-loop development of the entire industry chain of design, construction, operation and management in China's cruise industry, but also reflects the goal of Shanghai Baoshan Maritime Safety Administration to achieve "two 100%" safety and punctuality rates for 200 consecutive times in guarding cruise ships. Since the commercial maiden voyage of the "Aida Modu" on New Year's Day 2024, Baoshan Maritime Safety Administration has dispatched more than 400 patrol boats, more than 800 law enforcement personnel, and provided escort for over 400 hours. A total of 400 cruise ships have safely docked and disembarked, transporting over 700000 Chinese and foreign guests, achieving the escort goal of "zero accidents, zero delays, and zero complaints". As China's first domestically produced large cruise ship, the safe and stable operation of the "Aida Modu" is a concentrated reflection of China's shipbuilding industry strength. To ensure the safe berthing and disembarking of the "Aida Magic City", Baoshan Maritime Bureau strictly implements the "one ship, one policy" work requirements for international cruise ships. Before and after the cruise ship docks, the law enforcement personnel of the maritime bureau fully utilize CCTV monitoring system, AIS ship automatic identification system, and smart maritime platform, while operating unmanned aerial vehicles to conduct comprehensive and three-dimensional real-time monitoring of the cruise ship's surroundings and navigation waters; Timely release safety information and remind passing ships to avoid; And dispatched patrol boats to arrive at the waterway site in advance to guard, dredge the flow of launching ships, and ensure the safety and smoothness of the waterway. During the departure process of the cruise ship, law enforcement personnel provide full escort throughout the entire journey. Through high-frequency shouting, specialized electronic cruise control stations, and other means, they remind passing ships to strengthen their lookout, closely monitor the dynamics of the cruise ship, and respond to emergencies at any time to ensure the safe departure of the cruise ship.
