Optimize the policy for the use of housing provident fund, increase the loan amount for housing provident fund, adjust the maximum loan amount for one person to 1 million yuan, adjust the maximum loan amount for two or more people to jointly apply for a loan for the same self occupied housing to 2 million yuan, and increase the maximum loan amount for those who meet relevant conditions to 3.6 million yuan; Relax the conditions for converting existing commercial loans into provident fund loans and allow them to be converted into combination loans. Encourage each district to provide subsidies in the form of "home purchase and decoration consumption vouchers" based on actual conditions. Encourage districts with conditions to implement measures such as "determining degrees during the pre-sale stage" and "enrollment after online signing" when land transfer, taking into account the capacity of compulsory education degree holders and the actual situation of the land plots. Support Hong Kong and Macau residents to purchase properties in Guangzhou, simplify the application materials for home purchases, provide mortgage convenience and a green channel for fund settlement, and support cross-border RMB settlement of housing provident fund.
