In the early stages of my entrepreneurship, I faced difficulties such as lack of technical expertise and unfamiliarity with the market. Through the entrepreneurship experience sharing activities organized by the association, I learned solutions to the problems and the company got on track. "Recently, at the experience sharing meeting held by the Retired Military Entrepreneurs Association in Lu'an City, Anhui Province, He Wei, the head of a military entrepreneurship enterprise in Huoshan County, spoke out the voices of many members. The staff of the association introduced that in recent years, they have been helping retired military entrepreneurs in the city to move forward side by side through "paying attention to a group, assisting a group, and driving a group", and have emerged a group of "camouflage entrepreneurship pioneers". In March 2022, in order to improve the quality of employment and entrepreneurship for retired soldiers and promote the healthy growth of military enterprises in the city, under the guidance of the Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, the Lu'an Retired Soldiers Entrepreneurs Association was established. After 4 years of development, the association has become a comprehensive service platform that integrates experience exchange, entrepreneurship training, resource docking, and product promotion. At present, the association has attracted 143 outstanding military innovation enterprise members, contacted nearly 4000 military innovation enterprises throughout the city, and served tens of thousands of retired soldiers. At the beginning of its establishment, the association focused on the pain points and obstacles of retired soldiers' employment and entrepreneurship. Through normalized experience sharing, it effectively solved problems, found a way out, and expanded sales for comrades. ”The relevant person in charge of the association introduced that they actively break down industry barriers, organize members to visit and learn from well-known enterprises, actively build production and sales docking bridges, and help military innovation products explore the market. Since last year, the association has successfully provided entrepreneurship training and solved entrepreneurial difficulties for more than 30 retired soldiers. Retired soldier Wang Houwen, with the support of the association, started with 30 beef cattle to explore and practice ecological breeding models. His project won the second prize in the first Anhui Province Retired Soldiers Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition. His breeding enterprise has an annual inventory of over 200 heads and an annual output of over 300 heads, and is planning to build breeding bases, create distinctive brands, and develop circular green agriculture. Nowadays, driven by the Retired Soldiers Entrepreneurs Association in Lu'an City, the city's military entrepreneurship enterprises are steadily developing, and the employment and entrepreneurship situation of retired soldiers is improving, becoming an important force in promoting high-quality development of the local economy and society.
