According to the introduction of the Political Development Bureau, the results show that all 20 major indicators of economic and social development in the four categories identified in the "Second Five Year Plan" have met expectations; Among the 152 key tasks, 143 have been completed or continued to meet expectations, 6 have been adjusted or postponed due to changes in the economic and social development situation, 1 has not been completed due to lack of conditions, and 2 legislative tasks have been adjusted to be completed within the eighth legislative session. The completion rate of key tasks is about 94.1%. The Political Development Bureau stated that the "Second Five Year Plan" period spans the fifth and sixth sessions of the SAR government, and is an extremely unusual and extraordinary five-year period in the development process of the Macao SAR.
