Portugal is the first stop of the current Macau SAR government's first overseas visit. In Lisbon, Cen Haohui will meet with leaders of the Portuguese executive, legislative, and judicial branches to continue deepening cooperation between Australia and Portugal on a solid foundation. The SAR government will hold events such as the Macao "One Country, Two Systems" Successful Practice Achievement Exhibition, economic and trade promotion, and cultural exchange. Cen Haohui will also gather with students in Portugal and Macau. In Madrid, Cen Haohui will visit relevant Spanish officials to strengthen contacts, discuss cooperation, and extend the Macau platform to Spanish speaking countries. The SAR government will hold tourism promotion activities and economic and trade cooperation promotion conferences to expand the source of visitors to Australia and assist in the docking of enterprises from both sides. Cen Haohui also plans to meet with the Secretary General of the United Nations World Tourism Organization. During the trip to Portugal and Spain, the SAR government will organize for the first time representatives from multiple mainland Chinese enterprises to travel with entrepreneurs from Macau and the Hengqin Guangdong Macau Deep Cooperation Zone, in order to explore overseas markets through a new model of "sailing together" and better leverage Macau's role as a "precise contact person". The delegation of the Macao SAR government will visit Geneva, Switzerland on the 23rd to deepen its ties with international organizations such as the World Trade Organization; On the 24th, during his visit to Brussels, Belgium and the headquarters of the European Union, Cen Haohui will meet with relevant officials from Belgium and the European Union to exchange ideas on strengthening mutual cooperation.
