On April 15th, the establishment meeting of the third council of the Guangzhou New Social Class Association (referred to as the "New Social Class Association") and the 2026 "New Class Construction Power" Action Conference to Support Guangzhou's "Dual Development of Industry and Commerce and Integration of Two Industries" were held in Guangzhou. At the event site, the "New Class Construction Power" officially launched the "Integration of Industry and Commerce" campaign in Guangzhou, marking a new stage in the high-quality development of services for the new class of people in the city. Enterprise representatives shared their opinions on investing in Guangzhou and promoting the integration of the two industries, discussing development opportunities and cooperation visions. The official launch of the "New Class Building Power" initiative in Guangzhou to promote the integration of industry and commerce was accompanied by flag ceremonies for the Guangzhou Hong Kong Macao New Class Professional Service Overseas Alliance, the Greater Bay Area Social Psychological Service Team, and the Guangzhou Hong Kong Macao Micro Drama Service Team, further expanding the platform for collaborative development, exchange, and cooperation among Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macao. Wang Jie, Secretary General of the Certified Public Accountant Industry Branch of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and Head of the Guangzhou Hong Kong Macao New Class Professional Service Overseas Alliance, stated that in the process of globalization and economic integration, Chinese enterprises going overseas is a clear direction, and the establishment of the "Overseas Alliance" on the platform of the Federation is the trend. Our main job is to provide a professional knowledge system to promote the development of enterprises going global. We hope to actively leverage the professional strength of members of the New World Federation of Trade Unions and explore a path of going global with the characteristics of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. At the same time, a group of key projects of new class member enterprises signed contracts at the event, with a total investment of 800 million yuan, covering various fields such as artificial intelligence, low altitude economy, biomedicine, modern service industry, etc., fully demonstrating the firm confidence of new class people in the development prospects of Guangzhou. Tian Xuesong, the person in charge of the Haizhu District embodied intelligence industry empowerment center project, who participated in the signing ceremony for key projects in Guangzhou, introduced that the project is expected to invest 50 million yuan. After completion, the project will target key vertical scenarios such as hotels, property management, healthcare, and education, and output standardized and out of the box robot full scene solutions, building an "robot teaching robot training robot employment" industry empowerment ecosystem to solve the challenges of embodied intelligence from technical verification to application landing. It is reported that the emergence of new social classes in Guangzhou is earlier and more diverse, with a total of over 4.3 million people, mainly including management and technical personnel from private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises? Intermediary and social organization practitioners, freelancers, new media practitioners, and other groups. The Guangzhou Xinlian Association was established in September 2016, with 17 industry branches. It is a non-profit social organization with united front, grassroots, and professional characteristics.
