This will promote the upgrading of a number of enterprise quality management capabilities, form a number of industry models for quality transmission along the chain, promote the innovative application of quality technology, cultivate a number of quality public service carriers, and create a number of outstanding "Made in China" brands, providing strong support for building a strong manufacturing country, a strong quality country, and a strong network country. The notice proposes to deepen the empowerment of artificial intelligence for quality improvement, organize the preparation of a panoramic view and transformation roadmap for the application of "artificial intelligence+quality" in key industries, clarify the key areas, implementation steps, and expected goals of the integration of artificial intelligence and quality in various industries, and provide clear guidance for enterprise transformation. Accelerate the integration of high-quality large-scale models, industrial intelligent agents, and other applications to improve the accuracy and efficiency of quality control. In terms of strengthening quality supervision and management, the notice specifies the coordination of central quality and food safety assessments, cooperation in carrying out national quality supervision and spot checks on products, conducting quality inspections on key products such as lithium batteries, photovoltaic modules, civilian explosives, and radio transmission equipment, and strengthening the supervision and inspection of the consistency of road motor vehicle product production. Guide e-commerce platforms to carry out self declarations on the quality of online shopping products, increase spot checks, and enhance consumers' ability to distinguish quality.
