In a certain sea area of the Yellow Sea, there are strong winds and high waves. Inside a submarine of a certain unit of the Northern Theater Command Navy, a deep blue plastic bottle is being passed through the hands of crew members in various compartments and combat positions. The bottle is printed with the words "Dragon Palace Drifting Bottle" and also has the emblem of the crew on it. The crew carefully put notes with their hearts written on them into the bottle. At the first sight of this scene, the reporter couldn't help but wonder: why do we need to convey our hearts through bottles? This is a new exploration of our extensive consultation with soldiers and precise service to soldiers in long-distance missions. ”The deputy political commissar of the crew told reporters that this plastic bottle, affectionately known as the "Dragon Palace Drifting Bottle", has become a "heart bridge" between the crew and the crew. In the just concluded previous voyage, they collected 37 suggestions and opinions through this method, solving dozens of urgent and difficult problems for the crew. When it comes to the origin of the "Dragon Palace Drifting Bottle", Captain Wen Yu, a third level sergeant in the crew, still remembers vividly - during a sea voyage, Corporal Xue Xitong noticed that the air quality in the cabin was declining, so he planned to suggest to the Chief of Health Service to distribute dust masks. The director of the medical service and he belong to different departments, and their work positions are far apart. The rest periods are also different, so they have tried several times to give suggestions, but have not been able to do so. During a rest break afterwards, Xue Xitong and Wen Yu talked about this matter, and several crew members beside him also talked about it: "Duty shifts are different. Sometimes I want to reflect on small problems in my life, but I can't find the officials responsible for them..." Listening to everyone's confession, Wen Yu had an idea: "My duty shift position is in the command cabin, and I can see the crew leaders every day. You write down what you want to say and what suggestions you want to make on paper, and I will find a bottle to put it in and bring it to the leaders. This way, it will not delay duty shifts, but also allow the crew leaders to hear everyone's thoughts." That day, Wen Yu found a plastic bottle and asked the crew members to express their feelings. Go inside. When the bottle filled with "whispers" was delivered to the political commissar of the boat, it immediately caught his attention. The political commissar read through them one by one and immediately stated, "The submarine unit has a special nature, and this way of expressing one's voice is very practical." The next day, he led a meeting to discuss and formulate refined air quality management measures in response to the cabin air quality issues raised by Xue Xitong, and issued dust masks to the crew members. In subsequent voyages, the crew organized a dedicated person to measure dozens of measuring points throughout the ship, and the results showed that all indicators met human health standards. Trying to see initial results, they decided to fix this mechanism. Immediately, they made a special bottle with the boat emblem and the words "Dragon Palace Drifting Bottle" printed on it, which drifted and passed on once a week between each cabin and battle position, encouraging the crew to express their needs, difficulties, suggestions, and insights. The collected opinions and suggestions will be summarized and sorted by the Military Affairs Committee before being reported to the Boat Party Committee. During a mission, Corporal Jia Fanghao wrote down his concerns in a drift bottle: "This year, we have been at sea for a long time and have had little physical exercise, so we are worried that our soldiers may not meet the physical fitness standards for the selection and promotion assessment." This quietly submitted "worry" was quickly noticed by the leadership of the crew. The next day, they gathered the backbone of each class to solicit opinions and suggestions. The "fragmented training method" proposed by Second Class Sergeant Zhang Yu was unanimously recognized - organizing the crew to take 15 minutes out of their rest period every day to carry out manual training such as push ups and squats in the cabin aisle and corners, and supplemented with portable fitness equipment to enhance the effect. When sailing again, not only are there sufficient training equipment such as dumbbells and arm strength bars on board, but the captain of the crew team also arranges for the training backbone of each class to develop personalized training plans based on the age characteristics of the crew. In the end, Jia Fanghao and several comrades successfully passed the physical fitness assessment for the selection of soldiers. Small things warm the hearts of soldiers, and immediate actions and reforms bring tangible results. To solve the problem of poor sleep quality among some crew members, the crew team invited medical experts to teach a set of "sleep improvement exercises" under the guidance of their superiors. Just as the improvement of exercise was gradually being promoted, air conditioning soldier Ran Jinxi proposed in the drifting bottle: "Can we upload the exercise video to the electronic device in the cabin? This way, everyone can learn at any time while resting." To his surprise, this suggestion was put into the drifting bottle in the morning, and in the afternoon, the communication crew completed the video format conversion and uploaded it to the server, and also marked the opening method in detail. The crew members compared the video exercises and their sleep quality was significantly improved. In order to truly immerse the drifting bottle in the hearts of officers and soldiers, the crew has established a closed-loop mechanism of "collection processing feedback evaluation", clarifying the responsible person and completion time limit for each suggestion, strictly implementing the requirement of "solving problems immediately if they can be solved at sea, and coordinating solutions as soon as they dock if they are difficult to solve at sea", and regularly publicizing the results of the handling. Under the blue waves, the "Dragon Palace Drifting Bottle" still quietly passes between the compartments, and this moving "heart bridge" tightly connects the boat party committee and crew.
