Naval Aviation Unit: Material Allocation Has' Smart Assistant '

2026-04-10

Recently, a naval aviation unit launched an emergency support training for aviation materials. After receiving the instructions, warehouse keeper Chen Ran operated on the computer and used the "Smart Warehouse Management System" to arrange the relevant materials to be released from the warehouse. Immediately after, the indicator lights on the three-dimensional shelf light up, and the location of the required materials is accurately determined; Unmanned forklifts quickly transport aviation materials to the loading area according to the system's planned path. The entire process from receiving instructions from superiors to completing the delivery of materials has significantly shortened compared to the past. Accurate and efficient material support is an important prerequisite for improving the military's ability to carry out tasks. ”The leader of the department introduced that in the past, the entry and exit of materials mainly relied on manual labor, and the custodians had to inspect and copy the materials, as well as operate equipment and transport them, which was not only cumbersome but also time-consuming and laborious. To this end, they drew on advanced experience in local logistics and warehousing management, organized professional backbones to collaborate with local technical teams to develop a "smart warehousing management system", which greatly improved the efficiency of material management. At the training site, the author saw that the first batch of aviation materials had just been released from the warehouse, and the superior's instructions came again: "The situation has changed, and the required materials need to be adjusted..." Upon receiving the instructions, Chen Ran quickly entered the adjusted material parameters according to the superior's requirements. The "Smart Warehouse Management System" quickly generated a new guarantee plan, commanded unmanned forklifts to carry out return sorting of aviation materials that have been released but have not yet been released, and re planned the subsequent batches of material release. Tasks that used to require dozens of people to work continuously can now be easily completed with just two or three people. ”Chen Ran told me that after the implementation of the "Smart Warehouse Management System", their operational efficiency has significantly improved. This system can not only autonomously plan the inbound and outbound paths, but also display the real-time quantity of stored materials, and various types of storage information can be easily seen on the system operation interface. Security is combat effectiveness. ”The leaders of the department introduced that they will further expand and promote the successful experience in warehouse management, strive to achieve the goal of "full traceability of materials and predictable demand for troops", and continuously improve their contribution rate to combat effectiveness.
