Recently, during the just concluded training session for military training supervisors hired by the Central Military Commission, it was learned that 136 experts in the fields of education and training from the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force have been appointed as the fourth military training supervisors hired by the Central Military Commission's Training Management Department. They will represent the Military Commission to implement dynamic monitoring of military training across the entire army. The main task of this training camp is to thoroughly study and implement President Xi Jinping's important instructions on military training and training supervision, understand and master the new situation, tasks, and requirements of military training and education in the whole army, deepen research on innovative development ideas and methods of training supervision, and improve the supervision literacy of the new generation of military training supervisors. This training session consists of five modules: learning and understanding, situation introduction, regulatory preaching, reference and exchange, and homework practice. It emphasizes professionalism, practicality, and strengthens operability, and focuses on laying a solid foundation for all supervisors to perform their duties. According to the leaders of the Training and Supervision Bureau of the Training Management Department of the Central Military Commission, organizing centralized training for the replacement of inspectors is a clearly defined action in relevant regulations and an important way to improve the performance ability of newly hired inspectors. During the training process, the supervisors conducted in-depth research on the laws of training supervision in the new era. While setting up exercises, they focused on the key and difficult issues of combat supervision training, and launched a "brainstorming" to gather intelligence and tackle problems. Combined with the annual training and supervision tasks, the training program distinguishes between military training and military education, categorizes and studies the list of supervision contents, and addresses the main problems in the implementation of the Party committee's responsibility for training and education, the integration of supervision, examination and evaluation, the rectification of deep-seated peace and accumulated problems, and the rectification of the training field.
