Integrating the cultivation of party spirit into daily life

2026-03-23

Research should not only be 'personal' without 'heartfelt', and serving the masses should not be 'easy to enter, good-looking, and difficult to handle'! Recently, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Laixi City, Shandong Province, conducted 'spicy' heart to heart talks with the heads of three municipal departments to address common issues such as' perfunctory research 'and' service shirking 'in the accountability report of the' top leaders' of the municipal departments, making the cadres sweat red and aware of their responsibilities. Since the beginning of this year, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Commission of the city have implemented the "Work Style Education Daily Project", quantifying work style requirements into a "Daily Performance Work Style List", embedding management links such as cadre assessment and heart to heart talks, covering more than a thousand grassroots party organizations and over ten thousand party members in the city. As of now, more than 100 biased issues have been rectified, laying a solid foundation for the normalization and long-term development of the work style of party members and cadres in the city. Only by continuously deepening the study of the Party's innovative theories, consolidating the foundation of faith, and supplementing the calcium of spirit, can we build a strong sense of discipline and truly establish and stabilize the Party spirit. The disciplinary inspection and supervision commissions in various regions have organically integrated work style education into the basic system of party organizational life, such as the "Three Meetings and One Lesson", themed party days, and organizational life meetings, and organized in-depth discussions and exchanges among party members and cadres to promote deepening transformation. For example, the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, has integrated work style and discipline education into youth theoretical learning groups, youth cadres' reading and sharing meetings, "three meetings and one lesson", theme party day activities, etc., and strengthened work style education for young cadres through centralized learning, group discussions, individual self-study, and other methods; The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Tongliang District, Chongqing, together with the Organization Department of the District Committee and the Party School of the District Committee, will include special guidance on Party conduct and clean governance construction, as well as warning education on typical cases, in various main courses such as training courses for newly appointed cadres and young and middle-aged cadres. At the same time, we will focus on teaching the spirit of the Party Constitution, Party rules, laws and regulations, the Central Eight point Regulation and its implementation rules, and regularly carry out work style education for key targets. The value of style education lies in the continuous flow of fine water and the silent nourishment of things. It requires institutional construction to ensure the normalization and standardization of learning and education. We should embed work style education into various aspects of supervision and discipline, cadre assessment, and daily management. In key nodes such as cadre promotion and job exchanges, as well as major project implementation, we should timely carry out work style education to promote the normalization and long-term development of work style construction. Making good use of the interview mechanism is an important lever. The Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, has closely focused on the adjustment of the position of the "top leader" and the key period of promoting key tasks. It regards work style and discipline education as an important part of the interview, and flexibly uses one-on-one communication, centralized warning and other interview methods according to the characteristics of different job functions and power operations to urge the "top leader" to conscientiously implement the responsibility of being the "first responsible person" for governing the Party; The Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, closely targets key minority and key positions such as county and township level "leaders", as well as young cadres and other key groups, and conducts hierarchical and classified heart to heart talks throughout the city on issues such as strict disciplinary changes and rectification of illegal eating and drinking. Each level talks and supervises one level. We should not only focus on the key nodes of the growth and development of cadres, enhance pertinence and penetration, but also run through the entire cycle and process, guiding cadres to be cautious from beginning to end. From a practical perspective, creating a "micro classroom" through digital means can help build an immersive learning ecosystem that is integrated into daily life and focused on frequent learning. Since last year, more than 50 original integrity micro videos of 1 to 3 minutes have been simultaneously displayed through online and offline channels such as China Unicom OA office system, mobile client, elevator screen, cafeteria TV, etc. The content focuses on integrity risk points such as illegal acceptance of gifts and cash, public funds for eating and drinking, and has penetrated into various scenes of employees' daily work and life in a short and fast form. Our research has found that in the era of integrated media, 'lightweight' learning is more in line with the laws of communication. ”The responsible comrade of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at China Unicom introduced that the group has also refined the specific requirements for the production and management of anti-corruption education micro videos, promoted the standardized, healthy, and orderly development of anti-corruption education micro video production, and enhanced the persuasiveness and infectiousness of educating people around them by leading by example.
