Recently, the reporter learned from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security that nine departments including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security have jointly issued the "Five Year Action Plan for Work Injury Prevention (2026-2030)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"), deploying national work injury prevention work during the "15th Five Year Plan" period. The Action Plan proposes to prioritize work injury prevention in work injury insurance, firmly establish the concept of prevention priority, and through five years of efforts, continuously reduce the incidence of work injury accidents, with key industries reducing it by about 10% in five years; The incidence of occupational injuries among personnel in new forms of employment is gradually decreasing, with key platform enterprises reducing it by more than 10% in 5 years; The working conditions in the workplace continue to improve, and the number of cases of key occupational diseases such as occupational pneumoconiosis has significantly decreased. The Action Plan specifies the vigorous implementation of "artificial intelligence+work injury prevention". Actively leveraging the role of artificial intelligence, building high-quality data sets for work-related injury prevention, deploying applications that combine policy evaluation, intelligent assistance review, and accident injury warning functions, exploring the training of industry models for work-related injury prevention, deeply analyzing the occurrence of work-related accidents and occupational diseases, and accurately identifying key industries, enterprises, populations, and positions for work-related injury prevention. Utilize artificial intelligence to enrich the content of work-related injury prevention publicity and training, and explore the use of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) application technologies to carry out training and publicity. Give full play to the role of artificial intelligence and informatization in the management, evaluation and effectiveness of work-related injury prevention projects, and carry out full cycle, full process, and all-round intelligent supervision of projects. In addition, the Action Plan points out that all regions should strengthen the analysis of data related to work injury prevention, research and determine key areas for work injury prevention, and legally determine key projects based on the establishment and improvement of work injury accident and occupational disease monitoring statistics. Each region should build a dynamic micro dataset of work-related accidents, systematically collecting and accumulating data on the number of insured persons (industry type distribution), the number of work-related injury determinations (accident type distribution), the number of labor capacity appraisals (disability level distribution), fund payment data, and the use of work-related injury prevention fees by employers; Strengthen data development and analysis applications, enhance monitoring, analysis, and risk warning of work-related accidents and occupational diseases in key industries, key enterprises, and key positions, and provide scientific basis for accurate work injury prevention, scientific floating rates, and policy improvement.
