In terms of improving market operation rules and maintaining good market order, we will promote the revision of the Price Law and the Prohibition of Pyramid Selling Regulations, formulate and revise the Management Measures for the List of Serious Illegal and Dishonest Market Supervision and Administration, the Implementation Measures for the Fair Competition Review Regulations, the Implementation Measures for the Administrative Penalty Discretionary Power of Market Supervision and Administration, and the Interim Measures for the Examination and Management of Advertisements for Drugs, Medical Devices, Health Food, and Special Medical Formula Foods. In terms of refining the regulatory rules for online transactions and consolidating the responsibilities of platform entities, regulations have been formulated for the supervision and management of the implementation of food safety responsibilities by online food sales operators and online catering service operators. In terms of improving the quality governance system and strengthening the construction of quality infrastructure, regulations such as the mandatory product certification agency and laboratory management measures, inspection and testing agency supervision and management measures, and commodity barcode management measures have been revised. In terms of strictly adhering to the safety bottom line in key areas and building a "three products, one specialty" risk defense line, we will promote the formulation and revision of the Food Safety Law, the Medical Device Management Law, the Radioactive Drug Management Measures, the Food Recall Management Measures, the Food Safety Sampling Inspection Management Measures, the Food Safety Sampling Inspection Verification and Disposal Management Measures, the Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Supervision and Management Measures, and other regulations.
