The cooperative organization is committed to using China's ultra-high voltage, smart grid, and clean energy technologies to build a global energy interconnection network. Xin Baoan said that the cooperative organization studied and launched the world's first power development index, released the world's first directory of energy transformation to promote biodiversity conservation, actively built an academic platform and participated in specific projects, established an English journal of the global energy Internet, carried out capacity building, and enriched the "practice map" of the global energy Internet. As of 2025, the cooperative organization has provided energy transformation training for about 10000 people in more than 100 countries, provided strategic advice for the "African Belt" photovoltaic project, and promoted the negotiation process of multiple cross-border interconnected transmission lines between China and ASEAN...
