The chaos of AI "poisoning" exposed at this year's CCTV "3.15" gala is thought-provoking. Some merchants use technological tools to fabricate false advertising content in batches, artificially manipulate AI to inject false information, and give priority to algorithm recommendations for fictional products. Such behavior directly points to the loopholes in the current development of the AI industry. The underlying logic of algorithm recommendation relies on the authenticity of data, but at present, some AI systems still have shortcomings in content review and data verification mechanisms, which provide opportunities to exploit false information for profit. This not only disrupts market order and misleads consumers, but also shakes the public's trust foundation in the digital ecosystem. Faced with industry loopholes and ethical hazards, relevant enterprises should take the initiative to establish a dual defense line of technology and ethics, incorporate information review and data verification into the entire process of technology research and development, trace data sources through technical means, and ensure the authenticity and compliance of AI training information. At the same time, automatic interception will be initiated for bulk generated and suspicious promotional copy, and AI identification capabilities will be optimized by simulating false information attack scenarios to enhance the sensitivity of the system in identifying false content, gradually enabling AI to have the ability to distinguish right from wrong. However, currently, the implementation scope of such positive measures is still limited, and a technology and ethical protection system for the entire industry has not yet been established. Only by deeply integrating ethical requirements into the entire process of technology design, research and development, and application, and making compliance verification and information screening mandatory standards for AI product development, can more companies plug the loopholes of technology abuse from the source and ensure that technological innovation always walks within the ethical framework. The healthy development of the industry requires both corporate self-discipline and the rigid constraints of regulation. At present, China has introduced relevant regulations for the application of AI. The "Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services" clearly require AI service providers to fulfill their main responsibilities for information content management and ensure the authenticity and accuracy of training and retrieval data; The Basic Requirements for Security of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services further refine requirements such as data authenticity and algorithm fairness, and establish constraint mechanisms such as corpus traceability and content identification. To make these institutional norms truly effective, the key lies in strengthening enforcement efforts, promoting effective regulatory implementation, transforming paper-based rules into practical behavioral constraints, promoting resonance between institutional hard constraints and industry soft self-discipline, and forming a joint force. This not only sets clear and insurmountable behavioral boundaries for the AI industry, but also does not constrain the vitality and pace of technological innovation. The emergence of the chaos of AI "poisoning" is an inevitable "growth dilemma" experienced in the rapid development of technology. It reminds us that technological progress can never be separated from ethical protection. As long as enterprises adhere to the bottom line, exert precise supervision, and form consensus in society, they will definitely be able to curb the signs of technology abuse, enable AI to move forward in standardization, and truly become a reliable force to enhance human welfare and promote social progress.
