The "East Data West Computing" project is steadily advancing, laying a solid hardware foundation for the intelligent economy. In terms of industrial advantages, the world's most complete industrial category provides a full chain testing ground for intelligent technology, achieving deep integration of technological innovation and the real economy. In terms of institutional advantages, from the national development plan for the new generation of artificial intelligence to the market-oriented reform of data elements, a "four beams and eight pillars" supporting the development of the intelligent economy have been formed, creating a favorable institutional environment. We must also be aware that the development of China's intelligent economy still faces challenges such as the need for breakthroughs in core technologies, insufficient industrial integration, barriers to factor circulation, and the need to improve the governance system. We need to use a systematic approach to fill the gaps, strengthen our strengths and weaknesses, and consolidate our foundation, in order to promote the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the intelligent economy, and ensure its stability and long-term development.
