The demonstration base is divided into two types of application objects: park type and enterprise type. The demonstration park should be legally established within the territory of China, with a focus on key areas of emerging industries and leading domestic industrial parks in industrial clusters, collaborative innovation, and other aspects; The demonstration enterprise is an independent legal entity within China, mainly engaged in key areas of emerging industries, and a leading domestic enterprise in product development, technological innovation, and other aspects. The fields of creation cover artificial intelligence, intelligent connected new energy vehicles, new energy storage manufacturing, clean low-carbon hydrogen, biomanufacturing, intelligent robots, low altitude equipment, commercial aerospace, safety emergency equipment, and software. The notice clearly states that the maximum number of applicants for the application is one field, and the demonstration park must be included in the latest version of the development zone audit announcement directory. The group and its subsidiaries are not allowed to make duplicate applications. Economic provinces can recommend 2 industrial parks and 20 enterprises; Other provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps can recommend 1 park and 10 enterprises. The applicant must meet the basic conditions for evaluation, with the proportion of intelligent factories exempted from examination in the fields of artificial intelligence and software parks, and no major or above production safety accidents, Level II or above environmental pollution incidents, or other adverse events in the past three years.
