According to China Railway Group Corporation, starting from March 12, 2026, international passenger trains will be operated in both directions between Beijing and Dandong in China and Pyongyang in North Korea, further promoting personnel exchanges, economic and trade cooperation, and cultural exchanges between China and North Korea. The international passenger trains between Beijing and Pyongyang run in opposite directions every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, while the international passenger trains between Dandong and Pyongyang run in opposite directions every day.
