The biopharmaceutical industry in our country is accelerating from being "new in China" to being "new globally". Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone is currently the only national level airport economic experimental zone approved by the State Council. The district focuses on the continuous development of biopharmaceuticals and aims to create a nationally influential highland for the development of the biopharmaceutical industry. I propose three specific suggestions for the development status and future layout of the biopharmaceutical industry in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone. One is to support the construction of the sixth national biopharmaceutical port and promote better integration of the central region into the global industrial and supply chains; Drawing on the unique tax policies of Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone and other places, we aim to attract the clustering of biopharmaceutical bonded maintenance, bonded warehousing and other business formats. The second is to create an inland international medical open portal, establish high-level foreign-owned hospitals, delegate approval authority, carry out pilot medical franchising, and promote the expansion and radiation of high-quality medical resources to the central region; To build a standardized and pioneering highland for the cell therapy industry, carry out pilot projects to expand the opening up of the biotechnology field, and establish the Cell Preparation Testing Center of the China National Institute for Food and Drug Control. The third is to explore integrated institutional innovation in the central region, transforming major institutional dividends in the field of biomedicine into innovative ecological and livelihood dividends.
