The Teacher Law of the People's Republic of China was promulgated in 1993, and it has been 33 years since then. With the continuous deepening of economic and social development and education reform, issues such as the boundaries of teachers' rights and responsibilities, salary guarantees, and career development are becoming increasingly complex. Some provisions of the Teacher Law are no longer suitable for the current needs of educational reform and development. Timely revision and improvement of the Teacher Law is not only the expectation of educators, but also an inevitable requirement for promoting high-quality development of the education industry.
