The vast majority of these proposals are legal bills, with 223 related to legislation and 3 related to supervision. It is understood that this year's representative proposal mainly presents three characteristics: firstly, actively promoting legislation to ensure the implementation of the 15th Five Year Plan. Relevant proposals account for more than two-thirds of the total number of proposals. The second is to closely follow the legislative plan and key tasks of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. The legal proposal put forward by the representative involves 147 legislative projects. Among them, 119 have been included in the legislative plan of the 14th National People's Congress Standing Committee, accounting for 53.6% of the total number of legal cases.
