Recently, at the 2026 ITB Berlin International Tourism Fair, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region organized five tourism enterprises deeply involved in the international market to showcase Guangxi's cultural characteristics and new outlook on tourism development to the international tourism industry through non heritage cultural and creative exhibitions, resource promotion, and business docking. At the Guangxi booth, non heritage cultural and creative products with Guangxi characteristics, such as neckties, ponies, embroidered balls, fans, and refrigerator stickers made of Zhuang brocade, were showcased, attracting many visitors to stop and admire. These cultural and creative products that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern living scenes not only showcase the unique charm of Guangxi's ethnic culture, but also become popular "cultural relics" on the exhibition stand. During the exhibition, Guangxi exhibitors actively introduced Guangxi's cultural and tourism resources to international travelers and visitors, and highlighted more than 10 boutique tourism routes in Guangxi. In addition to classic routes such as Guilin Mountain and Water Culture Experience Tour, we also focus on promoting the "World Longevity Town" Bama's longevity and health preservation journey, the rural slow life journey represented by Longji Terraces, and the characteristic routes of karst landform hiking and rock climbing for outdoor enthusiasts. The exhibition staff also provided detailed information on Guangxi's tourism and departure tax refund policies to overseas travelers, helping international tourists understand the convenient measures for traveling to Guangxi. During the 3-day exhibition, the Guangxi delegation received more than 200 travel representatives from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Egypt, South Korea and other places. They had in-depth negotiations and precise docking with more than 70 of them, reached more than 20 cooperation intentions, and distributed multilingual promotional materials to further promote the international popularity of Guangxi's tourism products.
