This year's government work report proposes to deepen the integrated development of agriculture, culture, and tourism, cultivate and strengthen rural characteristic industries, and promote the construction of livable, business friendly, and beautiful rural areas. At present, Liuzhai Village has formed six pillar industries, including vegetable greenhouses, photovoltaic power generation, and small grain processing. ”Cheng Yuzhen, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of the Village Committee of Liuzhai Village in Longquan Town, Huguan County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, said that the village is integrating regional resources, linking the entire process from space, industry to experience, developing comprehensive tourism, and turning Liuzhai Village into a beautiful countryside with comprehensive development of agriculture, culture, and tourism. Nowadays, tourism consumption is no longer just about watching horses and taking fancy check ins, but increasingly emphasizes deep experiences. Cultural empowerment has great potential for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. ”Member Cheng Yuzhen introduced that Liu Zhai Village has built seven cultural and tourism projects, including the "Wine Village Liu Zhai" cultural and creative park, based on its millennium brewing culture and profound red culture. This has attracted tourists from all over the world and has gained increasing confidence in developing comprehensive tourism. Member Cheng Yuzhen stated that comprehensive tourism can effectively drive local economy and transform rural development from relying on external "blood transfusions" to self generating. Next, the village plans to connect the natural scenery, ancient villages, agricultural parks, and other resources within Liuzhai Village and the surrounding Wulong Mountain area through projects such as "tourism+health care" and "tourism+sports", in order to better protect local culture and inherit the red genes, making the countryside both livable and tourist friendly.
