Organizing and implementing 20 annual topics for democratic oversight, completing the five-year task og democratic oversight on the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan, and submitting relevant results to the CPC Central Committee.

— Adhere to the spirit of reform and innovation in carrying out routine work, and improve the institutionalization, standardization, and proceduralization of performance of functions. The tasks for institutional building related to the CPPCC, led by the CPPCC National Committee, have been fully completed in accordance with the reform arrangements regardie CPPCC made at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
