The guidance also proposes that by 2030, the level of comprehensive utilization technology and equipment for photovoltaic modules will be further improved, the innovation and development capabilities of the industry will be significantly enhanced, the application scenarios and methods of comprehensive utilization products will continue to expand, and a comprehensive utilization capability for waste photovoltaic modules will be formed with close coordination between upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, reasonable production capacity layout, and the ability to cope with large-scale retirement waves. Guiding opinions require promoting green design and manufacturing in the photovoltaic industry, improving the ease of disassembly and utilization of photovoltaic modules, and increasing the proportion of recycled materials used; Promote the orderly scrapping and retirement of photovoltaic modules, and guide relevant parties to standardize the sale of waste photovoltaic modules; Promote green and efficient dismantling and utilization, encourage the development of non-destructive dismantling technologies, and encourage the extraction of silver materials from the metal gate lines of crystalline silicon solar cells; Promote the coordinated development of the entire industry chain for the comprehensive utilization of photovoltaic modules, and encourage photovoltaic module production enterprises, photovoltaic power stations, and comprehensive utilization enterprises to actively extend the industrial chain.
