From January to November 2025, the national procuratorial organs have prosecuted more than 8200 cases of intellectual property infringement crimes involving 17000 people, protected rights holders by filing more than 760 incidental civil lawsuits in accordance with the law, and filed and handled more than 540 public interest litigation cases in the field of intellectual property.
