For major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Hangzhou, and Chengdu, mobile sources have become the primary source of pollutant emissions. During the 15th Five Year Plan period, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment will make comprehensive efforts to control mobile sources, especially focusing on heavy trucks as the "bull's nose" in mobile source control.
