To solve the problems of scattered legal service resources and complex cross-border procedures in the past, Hengqin Court has integrated judicial service resources from both places based on practical needs, and created the "Qin'ao Legal Communication" mini program that integrates inquiry, processing, and consultation. As a key construction project of the cooperation zone in 2025, this platform marks a new stage of integration and convenience for cross-border legal services between Qinhuangdao and Australia. It is reported that the platform adopts a dual sector architecture of "Hengqin+Macau" to achieve deep integration of cross-border legal services. Qin'ao parties only need to go through a unified entrance to clearly obtain legal service guidelines from both places and handle various cross-border legal affairs, effectively solving the difficulties caused by institutional differences and information asymmetry in the past.
