The second is to strengthen hygiene management. On the basis of inheriting the traditional characteristic craftsmanship of pickled vegetables, it is required to refine the division of production operation areas, establish a hygiene monitoring system, and ensure that the hygiene environment is in good condition. The third is strict risk control. Request to strengthen the inspection of raw material procurement and prohibit the purchase of vegetables that abuse food additives; Conduct a hazard analysis of the entire production process and establish corresponding food safety control measures.
