Low price experience textbooks are a bridge connecting consumers and businesses, but due to the profit seeking behavior of some institutions, they have been transformed into "routine courses", leading to issues such as cost disputes, difficulty in refunds, and information leakage. From the perspective of consumer rights protection, solving these problems requires the joint efforts of consumers, regulatory authorities, and industry entities to bring the experience economy back to the foundation of integrity. Consumers need to build a strong "first line of defense" for self-protection. Faced with the temptation of "9.9 yuan experience" and "free trial listening", the first step is to achieve "pre verification", by verifying the business license, business scope, and administrative penalty records of institutions through platforms such as Qichacha and Tianyancha, to avoid "three no institutions"; Secondly, we must adhere to the principle of "rational consumption", not be swayed by the strong promotion of merchants, refuse impulsive card applications, and require merchants to clarify in writing the additional terms such as "forwarding free courses" and "course deduction"; Finally, it is important to ensure proper retention of evidence, including payment vouchers, chat records, course contracts, and class videos. Special attention should be paid to the refund terms and third-party cooperation clauses in the contract to avoid falling into the trap of "word games". When the rights and interests are damaged, abandon the mentality of "not caring about less money", promptly complain to the 12315 platform and market supervision department, and if necessary, protect one's legitimate rights and interests through litigation. Regulatory authorities should strengthen full chain supervision and tighten the market's "safety valve". In response to the phenomenon of promoting low-priced experience courses, it is necessary to increase the inspection of group buying websites and crack down on false advertising, vague pricing and other behaviors in accordance with the law. Merchants are required to clearly label the content, duration, charging standards and refund rules of the experience courses on their promotional pages; In response to the pain points of "third-party buck passing" in safeguarding rights, a mechanism for tracing the responsibility of affiliated enterprises should be established, clarifying the joint liability of institutions and partners, and eliminating the phenomenon of "playing the ball"; In response to the issue of personal information leakage, it is necessary to strictly implement the Personal Information Protection Law, investigate and punish excessive claims and illegal resale of consumer information, and urge businesses to standardize the process of information collection and use. Industry entities must adhere to the bottom line of integrity and promote the healthy development of the industry. Training institutions should abandon the short-sighted thinking of "buying and selling with one hammer" and win consumer trust with high-quality services. On the one hand, it is necessary to standardize the teaching standards of experiential courses, eliminate behaviors such as "quality injection" and "leaving behind", and make experiential courses truly a window to showcase teaching strength; On the other hand, it is necessary to establish a transparent refund mechanism, clarify the refund process and time limit, and abandon the "overbearing clauses". At the same time, industry associations can take the lead in formulating service standards for low-priced experiential courses, establishing a blacklist system, and forcing institutions to regulate their operations. The original intention of low-priced experience courses is to provide consumers with low-cost opportunities to try and explore potential customers for businesses. Only through multi-party collaboration and addressing both the symptoms and root causes can we dispel the shadow of consumer traps and make the experience economy truly a benign business model that benefits consumers and empowers industry development.
