This deployment clearly reflects the overall orientation of leading tourism development with culture, promoting cultural construction with tourism, and supporting the construction of a strong tourism country with the integration of culture and tourism. In the current era of demand upgrading, technological innovation, and accelerated cultural exchange, the deep integration of culture and tourism is not only related to the upgrading of the industrial system, but also to the improvement of the country's cultural soft power and the modernization of people's spiritual life. Elevating the deep integration of culture and tourism to a strategic pivot is an inevitable choice for China to move from a tourism powerhouse to a tourism powerhouse.
