Recently, the section from Lushan South Station to Gongqingcheng East Station of Changjiu High speed Railway is urgently laying tracks. It is reported that the track laying construction of the Changjiu high-speed railway is expected to be completed in June 2026 and will be ready for operation in March 2027. The Changjiu High speed Railway is an important component of China's "Eight Verticals and Eight Horizontals" high-speed railway network, connecting Nanchang City and Jiujiang City in Jiangxi Province. The main line is 138 kilometers long with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour. After the completion and opening of the line, it will further improve the layout of China's high-speed railway network, which is of great significance for assisting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, building a modern comprehensive transportation system in Jiangxi, and further promoting high-quality regional economic and social development.
