The reporter recently learned from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security that it has launched the "Career Guidance for the Future - Special Action for Employment Services for College Graduates in the National Human Resources Market". Human resources markets, human resources service industrial parks, and backbone human resources service enterprises in various regions have responded quickly and actively, building a bridge between supply and demand, and attracting a large number of college graduates to actively participate. The special action has currently conducted 1158 online and offline recruitment sessions, covering popular industries such as digital economy, advanced manufacturing, and new energy, as well as key areas such as Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, and Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle. It provides diversified job seeking needs for college graduates by industry, major, and region. Based on regional development characteristics, each region focuses on the needs of the industrial chain and accurately expands the dimensions of job seeking coverage. Zhejiang relies on the service network of human resources service industrial parks, aiming at the highland of characteristic industry agglomeration, and launches a "small but refined" special recruitment program for sinking counties. Hunan leverages the agglomeration effect of the digital culture professional talent market and deeply explores high-quality positions in strategic emerging fields such as culture and technology. Guangdong has increased its efforts to identify key areas such as advanced manufacturing and concentrated on releasing the demand for talent attraction. At present, 39 cities across the country are actively piloting the integration of human resources service industry and manufacturing industry, cultivating a group of specialized human resources service institutions and recruitment and employment unions, and continuously releasing the dividends of industrial talent aggregation. Various regions actively embrace digital transformation, improve the accuracy and temperature of employment services through technological innovation, and promote the transformation of employment services from "universal" to "precise". Since the launch of the event, 572 live streaming sessions have been organized in various regions, along with 319 supporting activities such as policy lectures and employment guidance. Beijing, Shanghai, Hubei, Chongqing and other places have taken the lead in introducing intelligent devices such as AI employment officers, AI simulated interview cabins, job consultants, and AI all-in-one station services.
