They must accurately supervise and target the difficulties, pain points, and blockages in safeguarding people's livelihoods, strengthen supervision of clues reflecting corruption issues around the masses, and severely punish "fly, greed, ant, and corruption". With tangible results of supervision and governance, they must build a solid foundation for people's well-being and make it accessible to the masses. Targeted measures to solve difficulties and overcome obstacles in policy implementation. The "last mile" of policy implementation is directly related to the sense of gain of the masses and is a key link for disciplinary inspection and supervision organs to exert supervision. Strengthen departmental collaboration, establish a cross departmental joint meeting and negotiation mechanism around the goal of bridging the "last mile" of policy implementation and supervision, clarify the division of responsibilities of relevant departments in the field of people's livelihood, and form a clear division of labor and efficient cooperation responsibility implementation system through integrated work deployment and task list management. By relying on the information supervision platform, breaking down the data barriers of various departments, integrating data resources in key areas such as civil affairs, healthcare, education, and social security, and building a supervision loop of "data sharing, information exchange, and clue linkage", we can achieve dynamic supervision of the entire process of implementing policies that benefit the people. Adhere to a problem oriented approach, construct a three-dimensional topic selection path of "public questions+clue screening+field research", integrate information resources from various supervision platforms, establish an analysis model for comprehensive evaluation from dimensions such as public attention, policy fit, implementation feasibility, and expected results, accurately assess the operation of key livelihood projects, carry out full process tracking and supervision of policy implementation, timely solve bottlenecks and difficult problems, and promote the implementation and benefit of policies for the people. Strike hard to treat pain points and cut off the chain of interest transmission. The unhealthy practices and corruption in the field of people's livelihood are often accompanied by rent-seeking and interest transfer, and are the "cancer" that erodes people's well-being. They must be dealt with strictly and quickly. Focusing on prominent issues in the field of people's livelihood, increasing efforts to rectify them, strengthening coordination and cooperation with relevant departments, promoting the embedding of supervision into the entire process of power operation through attending party committee (party group) meetings of relevant departments, conducting special inspections, organizing integrity consultations, etc., transmitting pressure at all levels, consolidating responsibilities at all levels, and forming a joint supervisory force. Focusing on the concerns of the masses, we will open up the five in one reporting channels of "letter, visit, internet, electricity, and micro", broaden the sources of problem clues, and strictly implement the closed-loop management of "first time verification, first time disposal, and time limited feedback" for the problems reported by the masses, so that the masses can feel that anti-corruption is right around them. Focus on the "key few" and key positions, concentrate on the key links of power operation such as fund allocation, project approval, and resource allocation in the field of people's livelihood, comprehensively use daily supervision and inspection, thorough investigation of key projects, investigation of letters and visits, joint investigation of departmental systems, and in-depth investigation of cases to comprehensively identify clues to problems in the field of people's livelihood, accurately identify hidden and variable behaviors such as rent-seeking and interest transmission, resolutely cut off the chain of interest collusion, and safeguard the "money bag" and "happiness line" of the masses. Systematically implement measures to alleviate blockages and build a strong anti-corrosion dam in the field of people's livelihood. To address prominent issues in the field of people's livelihood, it is necessary to adhere to systematic treatment and address both the symptoms and root causes, achieving an organic unity of "immediate treatment" and "long-term establishment". Based on the results of daily supervision and case investigation, we will dig deep into the institutional shortcomings and loopholes behind the problems, deepen the promotion of reform and governance through cases, accurately propose disciplinary inspection and supervision suggestions, urge relevant functional departments to improve the institutional mechanisms for key links such as fund management, project approval, and power operation, and effectively achieve the goal of relying on the system to manage power, following the system to handle affairs, and using the system to manage personnel, in order to prevent and resolve integrity risks from the source.
