At the same time, it should be noted that platform development still faces deep-seated challenges such as insufficient differentiation, insufficient depth of application, and weak ecological synergy. In addition, artificial intelligence technology provides new development opportunities for platform iteration and upgrading. The Plan proposes that by 2028, the high-quality development of industrial Internet platforms will achieve positive results, and the multi-level platform system of "professional+industrial+collaborative" will continue to grow, with more than 450 influential platforms; The connectivity capability of the platform's essential resources has been significantly enhanced, and the data value-added, model precipitation, and artificial intelligence development and application capabilities of key platforms have been significantly improved. The number of industrial equipment connections has exceeded 120 million units (sets); The platform penetration rate has reached more than 55%, and a new generation of industrial Internet platform ecology featuring ubiquitous interconnection, digital intelligence integration, deep collaboration, open source and opening has basically been built. The Plan proposes four innovative measures to promote the development of industrial Internet platform, which can be summarized as four "actions". In terms of platform cultivation and optimization actions, we will guide the differentiated development of platforms, accelerate the cultivation of three types of platforms: professional, industry, and collaborative, and establish a four level training and optimization system of "foundation level, growth level, leadership level, and ecological level". In terms of platform aggregation and intelligent action, we will unleash the value of industrial data elements, build an industrial data labeling system centered on business scenarios, and carry out dataset construction.
