The first evaluation of low altitude technical titles will be launched this year, and qualified professional and technical personnel can actively apply to participate in the evaluation. The professional titles for low altitude technology are divided into four major directions: low altitude aircraft research and development, low altitude aircraft manufacturing, low altitude operation system construction, and low altitude safety assurance, covering the core links of the industry chain comprehensively. The scope of evaluation includes professional and technical talents from state-owned enterprises and institutions, non-public economic organizations, social organizations and other employing units in this city. Talents from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign regions can apply according to regulations, and mutual recognition of professional qualifications and titles is supported. The professional titles for low altitude technology are divided into four levels: junior, intermediate, associate senior, and senior, corresponding to assistant engineer, engineer, senior engineer, and senior engineer, respectively. The evaluation adopts a socialized evaluation model of "individual self declaration, unit selection and recommendation, multi-party joint evaluation, promotion of evaluation and application combination, and government guidance and supervision". An annual evaluation is organized, and special evaluations are conducted when necessary. The evaluation criteria highlight the orientation of innovative achievements, break the limitation of "only academic qualifications and papers", comprehensively implement a representative achievement system, and project reports, technical reports, patents, standards, awards, etc. can all be applied for as achievements, focusing on improving production processes, breaking technical bottlenecks, generating economic and social benefits, and promoting industrial development. Applicants can independently select and submit representative achievements that best reflect their abilities to participate in the evaluation. Outstanding technical talents who have made significant contributions to the development of the industry are entitled to the green channel for professional title evaluation, and senior professional titles can be applied for beyond the standard. In addition to awards and standards, the complete machine or supporting key components developed by the top three main completion personnel have obtained the first airworthiness certificate and operation certificate in China; Those who have made significant technological breakthroughs in the development of low altitude operation systems and safety assurance systems, or have been promoted and applied by national air traffic control departments or applied to national and international major events, are eligible to apply for senior professional titles without being restricted by educational background and professional work experience.
