On the 30th, it was learned from the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government that the legal departments of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao officially released the "List of Arbitrators in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area" and the "List of Mediators in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area (2025)"; Two rosters integrate dispute resolution talent resources from three regions, with 143 arbitrators and 233 mediators respectively. The Department of Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government stated that the establishment of the "Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Arbitrator List" and the "Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Mediators List" is an action measure to implement the "Action Plan for Rule of Law Construction in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area" previously released by the Department of Justice. It will effectively promote the complementary resource advantages and rule connection of arbitration and mediation in the three regions, and promote the widespread application of arbitration and mediation in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, promote the establishment of "Bay Area Standards", and further improve the diversified dispute resolution mechanism in the Greater Bay Area.
