Liu Liehong, Director of the National Data Administration, stated at the meeting that the National Data Administration will focus on formulating a good plan for the construction of Digital China, and make good use of investment policies, pilot experiments, monitoring and evaluation to complete the strategic deployment of market-oriented allocation reform of data elements. At the same time, efforts will be made to accelerate the cultivation of the data market from three aspects: strengthening top-level design, promoting market ecology, and improving market governance.
