According to the plan, in order to enhance the linkage effect between domestic and international markets and resources, and expand the supply of high-quality goods, China will implement temporary import tax rates lower than the most favored nation tax rate for 935 goods next year. Optimize the annotation of tariff items and domestic sub items, and increase the total number of tariff items to 8972. In order to continuously deepen economic and trade cooperation and promote regional integration and development, in 2026, according to the 24 free trade agreements and preferential trade arrangements signed with 34 trading partners, we will continue to implement agreed tariff rates on some imported goods originating from the aforementioned trading partners. In order to promote economic and trade cooperation with the least developed countries and help them develop, we will continue to provide zero tariff treatment for 100% tariff products to 43 least developed countries that have established diplomatic relations with us.
