Comrade Bu Zhiqun from the Overseas Chinese Federation in Liwan District, Guangzhou was selected as one of the "Ten Overseas Chinese Mediators for Commendation" and is the only representative selected from Guangdong Province. This is the second consecutive year that the China Overseas Chinese Federation has carried out the "Two Ten" ("Ten Typical Cases of Diversified Resolution of Overseas Chinese Disputes" and "Ten Mediators of Overseas Chinese Disputes") commendation work in the national overseas Chinese federation system, aiming to stimulate the internal momentum of mediation in the overseas Chinese community, actively cooperate with courts and procuratorates to promote the deepening and implementation of cooperation between legal and prosecutorial overseas Chinese, and diversified resolution of overseas Chinese disputes. She led the organization of more than 10 special investigations by members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in the overseas Chinese community, collecting, summarizing, and writing more than 30 proposals and suggestions, covering topics of concern for people's livelihoods such as optimizing road signs, improving elderly care services, and promoting palliative care. She led the expansion and construction of five standardized mediation rooms for overseas Chinese disputes, including Yongqingfang and Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, achieving full coverage of institutionalized and standardized management.
