Yesterday, the 3rd Commercial Aerospace Development Conference of 2025 and the 4th Zhongguancun Commercial Aerospace Conference were held in Beijing. As one of the core achievements of the conference, the first commercial aerospace socialization special fund in China, the "Leading Innovation Commercial Aerospace Alliance Science and Technology Innovation Fund", has been officially established with an initial scale of 2 billion yuan. This fund is initiated by the Zhongguancun Leading Innovation Commercial Aerospace Industry Development Alliance in collaboration with multiple investment institutions. It is positioned as a "patient capital" and focuses on investing in high growth startups and technological innovation projects in the commercial aerospace field, with a particular emphasis on "bottleneck" links such as core components, new materials, and advanced manufacturing processes. The fund hopes to use market-oriented financial forces to break through the financing bottleneck of long research and development cycles and large investment scales in commercial aerospace, accelerate the supplementation and strengthening of the industrial chain, and help build an independent and controllable industrial ecosystem. The "Report on the Development of China's Commercial Aerospace Industry (2025)" organized by the Zhongguancun Leading Innovation Commercial Aerospace Industry Development Alliance was released at the meeting. In response to the pain points of industrial development, the report conducts targeted analysis and proposes solutions, such as innovatively constructing an industry statistical model that is suitable for China's national conditions to accurately reflect the true development scale of the industry and provide reliable data support for industry evaluation, in order to address issues such as inconsistent statistical standards for commercial aerospace output value and fragmented data. At the meeting, multiple universities and enterprises jointly released the "Starry Future" Commercial Aerospace Talent Training and Implementation Plan. In the next 3 to 5 years, 1000 skilled talents with project practical experience will be sent to the society every year, providing talent guarantee for the high-quality and sustainable development of the industry.
