This batch of cases focuses on strengthening the legal supervision of the procuratorial organs and enhancing the judicial protection of human rights law enforcement, involving key areas of supervision such as "improving the supervision of compulsory measures related to citizens' personal rights, as well as sealing, seizing, freezing and other compulsory measures", "timely discovering and correcting illegal situations such as not filing cases that should have been filed, filing cases that should not have been filed, and long-term" hanging cases "". It reflects the new characteristics of innovative concepts, expanded horizons, and precise supervision of the procuratorial organs in the supervision of filing and investigation activities. The six guiding cases released this time are: Wang Moujia's defamation case, Zhong Mou's theft case, Xu Mou and others' provocation and brawling case, Huang Mou and others' provision of intrusion and illegal control of computer information system programs and tools investigation activities supervision case, Shen Mou's dangerous driving investigation supervision case, and Li Mou and others' false accusation and extortion investigation supervision case. The head of the General Crime Prosecution Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate stated that since the beginning of this year, the national procuratorial organs have thoroughly implemented the spirit of the National Criminal Prosecution Work Conference, and have placed a prominent position in strengthening the basic functions of criminal prosecution. Through fully leveraging the role of the Criminal Prosecution Work Guidance Group, adjusting and improving the functions and responsibilities of criminal prosecution departments, and improving the mechanism of specialized personnel for investigation supervision, a series of measures have been taken to continuously promote the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the supervision of filing and investigation activities, and to deepen and implement them.
