The 14th International Situation and China's Diplomacy Seminar was held in Beijing on the 19th. On December 19th, the 14th International Situation and China's Diplomacy Seminar was held in Beijing. In his speech, Liao Fan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute of World Economics and Politics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, pointed out that by 2025, the world's unprecedented major changes will accelerate, with an increasing number of uncertain and unpredictable factors. The relationship between major powers will affect the international situation, and the evolution of the international situation will profoundly affect domestic development. China has put forward global governance initiatives, promoted high-quality co construction of the "the Belt and Road", and continued to contribute conceptual and institutional public goods to the world. How to strengthen the research and exposition of these public goods from a theoretical perspective, and contribute Chinese theory to global governance, deserves in-depth discussion. During the seminar, experts including Li Xiangyang, a member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a researcher at the Asia Pacific and Global Strategy Research Institute, had in-depth exchanges on topics such as the evolution of the international landscape, China's diplomacy in the new era, major power relations, and regional hotspots. They also analyzed and judged new trends in the development of the international situation. The International Situation and China's Diplomacy Seminar is hosted by the editorial department of World Economy and Politics at the Institute of World Economics and Politics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
