The outline was revised by the Central Department of Social Work, aiming to better leverage the role of vocational qualification examinations in strengthening the construction of the social worker team and providing talent support for the high-quality development of social work in the new era. Regarding the main revisions and improvements to the outline, officials from relevant departments of the Central Department of Social Work introduced the addition of a special chapter on "Relevant political theories that should be emphasized in carrying out social work services". The newly added section elaborates on the cultural foundation of the professional values and ethical norms of social work services, which includes excellent traditional Chinese culture, revolutionary culture, and advanced socialist culture. Summarize the localized knowledge, theories, and methods of social work services, focus on refining social work service methods that are suitable for grassroots realities, enrich the content of social work services in areas such as people's petition work, party building leading grassroots governance and grassroots political power construction, volunteer services, and new employment group services. Highlighting the vocational ability orientation, optimizing the examination content between different levels of the same subject and between different subjects at the same level, appropriately reducing the examination of general knowledge points, highlighting the practical application of service methods, and enhancing the difficulty differentiation of different levels. It is reported that the professional qualification of social workers is a level evaluation professional and technical personnel qualification, divided into three levels: assistant, intermediate, and advanced.
