Recently, in Haimen District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, the shield tunneling of the right line of the Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel broke through 3000 meters, completing nearly one-third of the total excavation task. The Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel is located in the estuary area of the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province, starting from Haimen District in Nantong in the north and ending at Taicang City in Suzhou in the south, with a total length of 39.07 kilometers, including 11.185 kilometers of cross river tunnel.
