Recently, reporters from Science and Technology Daily delved into the forefront of technological innovation, visiting research institutes, smart factories, and enterprise workshops to experience the surging power of new development concepts leading high-quality development. Path innovation drives the transformation of new quality productivity. In the critical stage of cultivating new quality productivity, path innovation is the core lever. Not long ago, the General Office of the State Council issued the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Cultivation and Opening up of Scenarios to Promote the Large scale Application of New Scenarios, which is the first systematic deployment of scenario cultivation and opening up at the national level. Just this one item alone, the annual added benefits exceed 3.6 billion yuan. The birth of Baosteel's new products is a vivid footnote to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's efforts to promote the innovation chain. At the end of last year, the Science and Technology Department of the district issued a plan to establish around 30 key industrial chain innovation consortia by 2027, achieving full coverage of the consortia in key industrial chains, building a new mechanism for tackling major tasks and a new model for deep integration of industry, academia and research, and using technology to support the high-quality development of key industrial chains. Ecological aggregation, thick planting, new quality productivity development, soil optimization, and innovative ecology based on local conditions are the fundamental ways to solidify the foundation and cultivate high-quality soil for development.
