In 2024, the Ministry of Education issued the "Implementation Rules for Investigation and Handling of Academic Misconduct in Higher Education Institutions". In 2025, the newly revised Regulations of the National Natural Science Foundation of China will be implemented, making a series of new regulations on strengthening scientific research integrity and technological ethics construction. These regulations aim to serve as a warning and deterrent against academic misconduct.
