On the 27th, the intelligent assisted case handling system for labor dispute arbitration, which covers all causes of action, empowers the entire process, and provides comprehensive support, was officially launched at the Shenzhen Labor Dispute Arbitration Institute. According to the relevant person in charge, after the system is put into use, the overall case handling cycle is significantly shortened, and the accuracy of arbitration filing review, compliance with mediation plans, and precision of legal application are expected to be improved, providing a new path to alleviate the contradiction of "more cases and fewer people" in arbitration institutions and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of case handling. It is reported that the system adopts an algorithm implementation path of "knowledge graph based and thinking chain driven". By integrating more than ten years of Shenzhen's arbitration element based case handling reform experience and arbitration standardization construction achievements, a panoramic knowledge graph of arbitration covering 111 types of labor disputes is constructed. At the same time, based on the logic of arbitration case handling, an arbitration thinking chain system involving 12 core business rules is built to provide a logical core for AI applications and prevent "AI illusion".
