On November 25, at the track laying site of Harbin-Yichun High-speed Railway Section in Yonghua Village, Qing'an County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, four workers from China Railway Erju, the construction party, held an electric wrench to tighten the last pair of rail bolts, marking the completion of the whole Harbin-Yichun High-speed Railway track laying of China's "14th Five Year Plan" key project, laying the foundation for subsequent joint commissioning and test. It is understood that the Harbin-Yichun High-speed Railway officially started track laying on May 28, 2024, which is an important extension of the Beijing Harbin Beijing Hong Kong Macao channel of China's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network, and is also the first high-speed railway that is under construction with the highest latitude, the largest temperature difference throughout the year, and passes through the island like permafrost region for many years.
